Uploading Files

All 3D models & intellectual property submitted to Noozle3D for the purpose of resale of 3D printed copies have been created solely by the user or the user must have complete rights to the 3D models & intellectual property. Modifications and reuploads of any other designer's work are strictly prohibited and is subject to immediate account suspension and removal of all user listings.

The user gives Noozle3D permission to use any file (other than the 3D models & intellectual property) to be displayed on www.noozled.com and to be used for advertising campaigns by Noozle3D unless specifically stated otherwise. I.e. media files used to describe and promote the users product.

Noozle3D reserves the right to reject any content submitted by the user. 

Protection of User's Files

Noozle3D promises to protect all 3D models & intellectual property submitted by the user for the purposes of creating 3D printed copies. User 3D models & intellectual property will never be sold, shared, or distributed by Noozle3D indefinitely unless given permission specifically by the user. Noozle3D will never sell any 3D printed copies of user files anywhere other than on www.noozle3d.com, where the user will receive full commission for their work.

Listings

The user may submit their own media for listings. At the user's request, Noozle3D can supply rendered images of the 3D models to supply media for listings. Please allow adequate time for listing to be created and updated. Profane and illegal references are not accepted.

Commission

The user decides the retail price of their listings. Commission is determined on a per item basis. The retail price of the item is subtracted by the cost of manufacturing plus a 10% hosting fee. Minimum payout threshold is $50. Payment processing may take up to 3 business days.
